WebOut of frustration I uninstalled the Citrix Indirect Display Adapter from Device manager and everything seems to be running normal now. No drop in fps on my second monitor and everything in my remote session works just fine. I'm not sure why that Citrix adapter was installed in the first place. Maybe this can help someone. Thanks!
